Solar House in Strafford
This house has no boiler or furnace. The heat is provided by a single wood stove. The hot water is provided by an Instantaneous heater.

Thoreau's House Redux
We have been asking the question,"Can we update the cabin that Henry David Thoreau built for himself ?" We have been experimenting with the original footprint of 10' x 15'. The built project is by students, affectionately called "The T-box". The unbuilt work is a continuation of the conversation.
